THAI YOGA MASSAGE STRETCHING
The Thai massage technique is not like Western methodologies in that the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. Much like a form of yoga rather than the rubbing of muscles. The practitioner will use many parts of their body, like palms, forearms, elbows and knees, to ensure muscles and tendons are stretched, joints are opened and internal organs are toned. It focuses on energy circulation along pathways known as Sen.
